Ce sunt curelele cu caneluri PK?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Curelele PK (curele de transmisie cu caneluri) sunt curele elastomerice cu mai multe nervuri longitudinale, concepute pentru a transmite puterea de la arborele cotit c\u0103tre accesoriile motorului: ventilator, alternator, compresor de climatizare, pomp\u0103 de ap\u0103, pomp\u0103 hidraulic\u0103 auxiliar\u0103 sau servodirec\u021bie. Profilul canelat ofer\u0103 aderen\u021b\u0103 superioar\u0103, func\u021bionare silen\u021bioas\u0103 \u0219i eficien\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103 la tura\u021bii mari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tipuri-curele-pk\">2. Tipuri de curele PK<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aplica\u021biile agricole \u0219i industriale se folosesc mai multe tipuri de curele PK:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Curele PK standard (multi\u2013rib)<\/strong> \u2013 cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite pentru ventilator, alternator \u0219i A\/C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curele elastice PK (stretch\u2013fit)<\/strong> \u2013 nu folosesc \u00eentinz\u0103tor mecanic, se monteaz\u0103 prin \u00eentindere controlat\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curele PK dedicate compresoarelor A\/C<\/strong> \u2013 cu compozi\u021bie special\u0103 pentru temperaturi ridicate \u0219i cicluri dese de pornire\/oprire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimensiunea unei curele se cite\u0219te astfel: <strong>num\u0103r caneluri + lungime (mm)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple: <strong>6PK1800<\/strong>, <strong>8PK2030<\/strong>, <strong>10PK1120<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele mai uzuale configura\u021bii sunt: <strong>3PK, 4PK, 5PK, 6PK, 7PK, 8PK \u0219i 10PK<\/strong> \u2013 ultimele fiind folosite pe motoare de putere mare \u0219i sisteme multi\u2013accesorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"simptome-inlocuire\">3. Simptome care indic\u0103 necesitatea \u00eenlocuirii<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zgomote de sc\u00e2r\u021b\u00e2it la pornire sau la accelerare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>miros de cauciuc \u00eencins sau urme de supra\u00eenc\u0103lzire pe curea;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cr\u0103p\u0103turi, luciu excesiv sau exfoliere pe nervuri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>instabilitate la \u00eenc\u0103rcarea alternatorului sau func\u021bionare slab\u0103 a A\/C;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temperatur\u0103 ridicat\u0103 a motorului din cauza antren\u0103rii incorecte a pompei de ap\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vibra\u021bii sau b\u0103t\u0103i la nivelul rolelor \u0219i accesoriilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"masurare-curea-pk\">4. Cum se m\u0103soar\u0103 corect o curea PK \u2013 tabel de ghidare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideal este s\u0103 se citeasc\u0103 inscrip\u021bia de pe cureaua veche. Cum se \u00eenlocuie\u0219te o curea PK \u2013 metod\u0103 general\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u0219ii de mai jos se aplic\u0103 la majoritatea tractoarelor \u0219i utilajelor agricole:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opre\u0219te motorul \u0219i decupleaz\u0103 bateria.<\/strong> Astfel evi\u021bi pornirile accidentale \u0219i cre\u0219terea riscului de accident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identific\u0103 traseul curelei.<\/strong> Caut\u0103 diagrama pe capacul frontal sau \u00een manual; dac\u0103 nu exist\u0103, fotografiaz\u0103 traseul \u00eenainte de demontare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sl\u0103be\u0219te \u00eentinz\u0103torul.<\/strong> La \u00eentinz\u0103torul automat, rote\u0219te cu o cheie rola \u00eentinz\u0103toare; la sistemul mecanic, sl\u0103be\u0219te \u0219uruburile alternatorului sau ale suportului de accesorii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demonteaz\u0103 cureaua veche<\/strong> \u0219i verific\u0103 rolele pentru joc, blocare sau zgomote anormale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monteaz\u0103 cureaua nou\u0103<\/strong> urm\u00e2nd traseul corect, av\u00e2nd grij\u0103 ca toate canelurile s\u0103 se a\u0219eze perfect \u00een fulii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Re-tensioneaz\u0103 sistemul.<\/strong> \u00centinz\u0103torul automat revine singur; la sistemul mecanic se regleaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la aproximativ 1 cm deflexie la ap\u0103sare moderat\u0103 pe cea mai lung\u0103 por\u021biune.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Porne\u0219te motorul<\/strong> \u0219i verific\u0103 dac\u0103 nu exist\u0103 zgomote, vibra\u021bii sau alunec\u0103ri.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recomandare:<\/strong> la schimbarea curelei PK este indicat\u0103 verificarea \u0219i, dac\u0103 este cazul, \u00eenlocuirea rolelor de ghidaj \u0219i a \u00eentinz\u0103torului pentru a evita uzura prematur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"compatibilitate-motoare\">6.
